Payment terms are established in individual service agreements. Late payments may be subject to additional fees as specified in your agreement.
Refunds
Refund policies are outlined in individual service agreements. Generally, deposits and completed work are non-refundable.
Taxes
Prices do not include applicable taxes. You are responsible for any taxes, duties, or fees imposed on your purchase.
6. DISCLAIMERS AND WARRANTIES
IMPORTANT NOTICE
Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not guarantee specific outcomes, results, or success for any game development project. Project success depends on numerous factors beyond our control, including market conditions, platform requirements, and user reception.
